Ідеологічна складова у діяльності лікнепів Сумщини (друга половина 20-х – перша половина 30-х років ХХ ст.)

Abstract

У статті надається аналіз форм і методів ідеологічного впливу більшовицької влади на населення України через роботу лікнепів у другій половині 20-х-на початку 30-х рр. ХХ ст. На основі документів Державного архіву Сумської області автори узагальнюють досягнення кампанії лікнепу на початковому етапі її запровадження і наголошують на нерозривному зв’язку між навчанням населення регіону письменності і пропагуванням комуністичної ідеології. Наведено цитати із партійних документів, які свідчать про те, що із другої половини 20-х рр. ХХ ст., а особливо на початку 30-х рр. ХХ ст., більшовицька влада відкрито запроваджує комуністичну ідеологію у процес навчання лікнепів.

The article gives the analysis of the forms and methods of the ideological influence of the bolshevic power on the inhabitants of Ukraine in the second part of the 20-ies and at the beginning of the 30-ies years of the 20-th century. The authors generalize the achievements of the «licnep’s» campaign on the first stage of its establishment using as a base the documents of the State archives of Sumy region. They also stress on indissoluble connection between the education of district’s inhabitants and propagandizing of the communist ideology. There are some quotations from the party’s documents which testify that since the second part of the 20-ies years and especially at the beginning of the 30 – ies years of the 20th century the bolshevic power forces the communist ideals upon the «licnep’s» students rather openly. It is reflected in the programs for teaching Ukrainian, History, Geography and other subjects, the examples for improving of the received knowledge, etc., and in the teachers’ reports. The teachers of «licnep» are also prepared ideologically on the special courses for increasing their qualification. The authors of the article stress that intensifying the ideological influence in the activity of «licnep» is in fact up to the first part of the 30-ies years. In the further period of time the work of «licneps», the work for the least-educated people and other new-opened educational establishments was done using the program which was successfully tested. Therefore all the ordering documents addressed to the local educational departments contained the information that the liquidation of the illiteracy is the highest political point and gives the opportunity to force the rate of social construction.
