У статті висвітлено наукові погляди на теоретичні основи мовленнєвої культури в зарубіжній
лінгвістиці та професійній лінгводидактиці. З’ясовано зміст понять «мовленнєва культура», «культура
мовлення» в працях зарубіжних науковців, охарактеризовано основні ознаки досліджуваного поняття
(нормативність, ясність, точність, чистота, логічність, доречність). На основі порівняльного аналізу
лінгводидактичних та лінгвістичних поглядів на структуру і зміст поняття «мовленнєва культура» визначено
спільні та відмінні аспекти в дефініюванні означеного терміна зарубіжними науковцями. Розкрито сутність
мовної політики Німеччини, Польщі, Англії, Франції з питань формування мовленнєвої культури як основи сталої
мовної ситуації в країні. Виокремлено основні причини актуальності проблем мовленнєвої культури в різних
країнах світу. Автором статті запропоновано власне потрактування поняття «мовленнєва культура» як
обов’язкового та невід’ємного складника загальної культури особистості.
The article highlights the scientific views on the theoretical foundations of speech culture in foreign countries
linguistics and professional linguodidactics. The meaning of the terms "speech culture", "culture" is clarified
speech "in the works of foreign scholars, describes the main features of the studied concept
(normativeness, clarity, accuracy, purity, logic, relevance). Based on comparative analysis
linguodidactic and linguistic views on the structure and content of the concept of "speech culture" defined
common and different aspects in the definition of this term by foreign scholars. The essence is revealed
language policy of Germany, Poland, England, France on the formation of speech culture as a basis for sustainability
language situation in the country. The main reasons for the urgency of the problems of speech culture in different ones are highlighted
countries of the world. The author of the article proposes his own interpretation of the concept of "speech culture" as
mandatory and integral part of the general culture of the individual.
