Розвиток творчості здобувачів вищої освіти в процесі дистанційного навчання

Abstract

У статті висвітлено шляхи розвитку творчості майбутніх учителів математики під час дистанційного навчання. Представлено коротку історію розвитку феномену творчості з античних часів до сьогодні, робоче визначення творчості майбутнього вчителя, структурні компоненти. Крім того, подано набори творчих (креативних) якостей особистості майбутнього вчителя в рамках представлених компонентних складників творчості. Запропоновано творчі (креативні) методи, рекомендовані для використання на лекційних, практичних, лабораторних заняттях, у процесі самостійної, дослідницької діяльності майбутніх учителів математики під час дистанційного навчання.

Today, the state of development of higher education in Ukraine puts forward new requirements for the preparation of applicants for higher education institutions, including pedagogical ones. There is a need to apply creative forms, teaching methods that develop the capacity for original thought and creative action. Therefore, the most important task of educational systems is to ensure the creative development of the individual, which is emphasized in numerous educational documents both in Ukraine and in foreign documents. In modern education, the creativity of a teacher is one of the leading factors in the success of learning. It becomes the quality that provides the individual the opportunity to adapt to changing living conditions and is a key to the success of a person in his professional activity. Creativity is also an important factor in the development of a person, which determines his or her willingness to change and abandon stereotypes.
