У статті розглянуто проблему підготовки майбутніх вихователів на засадах сталого розвитку. Проаналізовано психолого-педагогічні дослідження з проблеми формування навичок, орієнтованих на сталий розвиток у дітей дошкільного віку і підготовки майбутніх вихователів до їх здійснення. Запропоновано систему роботи з підготовка майбутніх вихователів до формування навичок, орієнтованих на сталий розвиток у дітей дошкільного віку у процесі вивчення художніх творів В. Сухомлинського.
The problem of sustainable development is urgent today, because it is caused by the complexity of the relationship between man and the environment.
Education, which is oriented towards sustainable development is aimed at the assimilation by people of all ages of extremely important ecological, economic and socially appropriate behavior skills, without which it is impossible to create and maintain sustainable well-being of society.
The determining role in the development of human worldview plays a period of preschool childhood.
Using of art literature, in general, and V. Sukhomlinskyi works, in particular, in modern scientific and pedagogical practice is the important knowledge component of future educators’ professional training to the formation of skills focused on sustainable development of preschoolers.
Future teachers’ training to the formation of skills focused on sustainable development of preschoolers was carried out in 2 stages: 1st-basic stage, 2nd – practical.
The basic stage purpose was to ensure the students’ perception and awareness of the common goal and objectives of education for the sustainable development of preschoolers by means of children's literature.
At this stage, the teacher gave the information about the art works, contributing to the skills focused on the sustainable development of preschoolers formation, taught them to analyze, evaluate, select and appropriate to use in working with preschoolers.
The practical stage purpose was to translate the theoretical knowledge of the discipline «Children's Literature» in the plane of practical skills.
We used the practical training on the classical structure, and practical training in the form of seminars based on interactive technologies, which are a means of maximum activation of the entire student group.
The practical stage was also implemented during the pedagogical practice in the preschool institutions.
The proposed system of work in the process of teaching the study course «Children's Literature» will contribute to the qualitative improvement of future preschool teachers professional training to formation of skills focused on sustainable development of preschoolers by means of art literature.
