У статті подано аналіз сутності понять «критерій», «показник», «рівень». Схарактеризовано критерії, показники і рівні сформованості готовності магістрів до забезпечення якості освітнього процесу в дошкільному закладі.
The problem of Masters’ professional training is relevant in modern Ukrainian science.
The scientific researches of Y. Babanskyi, V. Bespalko, L. Bilousova, V. Vehrasova, S. Ivanova, A. Kyverialh, A. Konverskyi, N. Kuzmina, A. Kuzminskyi, V. Sydorenko and other are focused on criteria, indicators and levels of specialists’ preparation.
Meanwhile, the analysis of this problem researches indicates that today in the national pedagogy the problem of Masters’ readiness formation to ensuring of the educational process quality in the preschool institutions and of the criteria, indicators and levels of its formation definition has not received scientific understanding and practical implementation.
The need of the state of the Masters’ readiness formation to ensuring of the educational process quality in the preschool institutions clarification has led to develop the criteria, indicators and levels of the qualitative under investigation.
The analysis of this problem researches and the analysis of the teachers’ questionnaires, the questionnaires of preschool institutions directors allowed us to allocate the following criteria of Masters’ readiness to ensuring educational process quality in the preschool institutions: motivational-personal, cognitive-search, activity-operational, reflexive-estimated with the corresponding indicators.
The degree of indicator’s manifestation characterizes the level of the studied quality formation.
Under the level we understand the measure of quantitative and qualitative manifestations of all indicators formation of future Masters’ readiness to ensuring the educational process quality in the preschool institutions.
Based on the scientific works’ analysis, which reflect the levels of specialists’ readiness formation for professional activity according to certain criteria and indicators, we have identified four levels of Masters’ readiness formation to ensuring the educational process quality in the preschool institutions: low, medium, sufficient, high.
The selected criteria, indicators and levels will provide an opportunity to evaluate the Masters’ readiness formation to ensuring the educational process quality in the preschool institutions.
