У статті подано аналіз досліджень, які присвячено проблемі принципів навчання та принципів фахової підготовки магістрів і фахівців для освітньої галузі. На основі проведеного аналізу виокремлено три групи принципів формування готовності магістрів до забезпечення якості освітнього процесу в закладі дошкільної освіти, а саме: методологічні і загальнодидактичні, спеціальні та специфічні. В короткій характеристиці деяких принципів використано педагогічні погляди В. Сухомлинського.
The quality of Ukrainian education is an an urgent issue of our time, which is primarily due to the European integration processes.
There is an obvious interrelationship between the quality of higher education and preschool education after all, the quality of preschool education depends on the quality of training in institutions of higher education.
A prominent place in the researches devoted to the specialists’ training takes the development of principles.
Their selection and content we carried out taking into account the achievements of the pedagogical heritage of Vasyl Sukhomlynskyi.
Summarizing the results of these scientists’ works, we highlight a set of principles of Masters’ readiness formation to the educational process quality ensuring in the preschool institutions: 1) methodological and general didactic principles: scientific character, clarity, motivation, integrity, availability, activity of the individual; special principles: humanization, of human-centered, student- centered, creativity, dialogic, adragogical; specific principles, according to which we realise the purpose of Masters’ training to ensuring of the educational process quality in the preschool institutions: focus on the creation of high-quality educational environment; focus on the quality of the teaching staff professionalism; focus on the quality of the educational process’ results; focus on their own self-development as a future Methodists or Directors of the preschool institutions.
