Abstract

Education is a very important part in the structure of the social progress development, because the education is the guarantee of the constructive development thanks to the preparing of the pedagogical staff. The most important task for educational system is to prepare the high-quality pedagogical staff. Such pedagogues must be not only the professionals but they must be the creators. The pedagogical professional activity is the most creative one among the other professions. In the pedagogical activity the pedagogue creates the person and himself in the educational process. That’s why the creative work is one of the most important component in the pedagogical mastery.
