The article analyzes the different interpretations of the concepts of "systems analysis", "systems approach". It was found that a systematic approach - one of the areas of methodology of scientific knowledge, and system analysis - one of the foundations of the methodology. Proposed and described eight approaches to the allocation systems in the structure of training future teachers of mathematics. Among them are considered: by cycles of preparation, by subjects, by the form of training activities, by direction of subjects, by standard and variable parts; in the eighth approach in the disciplines of mathematical cycle were allocated four main subsystems: mathematical analysis, higher algebra, geometry and discipline highest methodological directions.
