Генеза організації прийому до закладів вищої освіти України

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано історію розвитку і становлення вступної кампанії до закладів вищої освіти України. На основі аналізу особливостей нормативно-правової бази та соціально-політичної ситуації в різні історичні періоди обґрунтовано етапи її становлення.

The purpose of the article is to provide retrospective analysis of the organization and management of the admission campaigns to higher education institutions of Ukraine. Based on the analysis of documents, the generalization of researches’ and opinions of educational experts, it was established that admission to higher education institutions in Ukraine in all historical periods was to some extent controlled by the state. In the nineteenth and early twentieth centuries. admission to higher educational institutions was regulated by the state regarding the number of students and their social status. Certain requirements for health, physical and mental development, knowledge and abilities of university entrants were put forward.
